Great news: the latest wave of printer deliveries is underway, and we're expecting more Magneto X printers to land on your doorsteps throughout April, with big batches coming in mid-April and early May. We've heard your calls for advice on where to place your Magneto X printers. It seems many of you have resorted to the floor, lacking a robust table that can support its size and weight. Well, we've got you covered! We're excited to announce that we'll soon introduce a table crafted from the same durable material as the Magneto X frame, ensuring a stable and solid printing experience. We'll let you know the moment it's ready for ordering.

【Wi-Fi Connection Tips】

Some of you have mentioned difficulties in connecting Magneto X to your local Wi-Fi, with no access points appearing in the search. Here's a quick fix many users told us that works: try connecting the printer via the Ethernet port. This not only grants your Magneto X access to the network but has also helped users suddenly see Wi-Fi access points. While we're still investigating the root cause, this Ethernet workaround suggests it might be tied to software setup. We're collaborating with the Mainsail team for insights and solutions. 

Here is how you connect to Magneto X's Ethernet port.

The Ethernet port is located underneath the front right side of the printer:

You can see the Ethernet port on the end that is closest to the front. You can also access USB ports this way:

There is a 2cm clearing on the side so cables can pass through easily.
